To check your MTN data Bundle Balance, send 2 to 131 or dial *131*4# and follow the onscreen instructions. Data bonus is to be used at night from the hours of 1:00am – 7.00am and it’s available for few plans.
Terms and Conditions for MTN Data Plans
You can roll over your unused data balance like other Network in Nigeria, to do that, simply renew your bundle before expiration.
Auto renewal only applies if you select the “ Recurrent” option at the point of activation of any data bundle. Always remember to pay attention for the renewal option at the end of the activation.
To opt out, send “NO<DATA CODE>” to 131 e.g Text “NO104” to 131.
To stop MTN from deducting your credit when you have data dial *131*201# alternatively dial *131*200#.
